Can I also use a USB-plugin webcam for the online exam?
No, you need a laptop or PC with integrated camera.
Can I have a pen and paper on my desk during the online exam?
No.
Can I have drinks/refreshments with me during the online exam?
Yes. Bottles or glasses must be clear, without labels.
Can I have someone in the room with me during the online exam?
No, this is an infringement of the regulations and will be investigated.
Can I leave the exam before it finished?
Should you finish before the end of the exam, you may leave. Please ensure you have correctly exited the exam.
Can I visit the toilet during the online exam?
No.
Can I wear headphones during the online exam?
No. If you wish to block out noise then traditional noise reducing earplugs are acceptable.
What happens if my internet connection drops out during the online exam?
You must be connected to the internet during the examination, however the software is designed to allow you to continue the exam if your internet connection fails. ...
